Glenn Sokoli is a retail consultant and designer with over 30 years of professional experience in styling for corporate and residential interiors, retail visual merchandising and display. He is currently the Vice President of Creative and Marketing for Bernstein Display, a company that serves the Retail Visual Merchandising industry with over 100 years of customer service. 29 years ago, Glenn founded Room2Groom, a company specializing in cutting edge visual merchandising displays for retail stores, shopping centers and corporate showrooms. This company provides complete visual services including interior decorating, large and small- scale displays, fashion shows, trade show exhibits, retail design and special events. Sokoli's years of experience fostered his skill in all aspects of brand innovation, product presentation and brand development. He is highly experienced in project management, design, construction, installation and product styling.
As an Adjunct Instructor, he has taught at the Fashion Institute of Technology for 28 years in the Visual Presentation and Exhibition Design and Photography departments. He has also taught for the merchandising department at the Laboratory Institute of Merchandising (LIM) in New York City. His expertise as a professor granted Sokoli worldwide design opportunities, producing visual merchandising workshops, seminars and corporate display manuals for domestic and international retailers. He has traveled to Colombia, Korea and the Philippines to give seminars, and provided visual merchandising instruction that celebrated western standards practices.
